Subscribers can now leverage a fast, simple to use, and exciting voice instant messaging technology (instant audio message) which is much faster and more convenient than typing an SMS! Wireline and/or a wireless carriers can implement this new service and capture incremental revenues and new customers monetizing and capitalizing on the tremendous growth trend in text messaging!

Call Back SMS (CBSMS)
Call Back SMS generates incremental revenue even if wireless prepaid subscribers run out of balance! Typically,  a subscriber that uses all their available prepaid balance, will have to replenish their account to continue using the service – “Enter Call Back SMS” . This service allows the user to place a “free call” to another subscriber and receive a “call back”. This function allows a carrier to continue generating revenue from a prepaid subscriber with no balance! To activate the service simply dial a star code and the target subscriber number (for example: *99 + 555-777-1234). The system receives the number and sends a text message (SMS) to a target party with a request, “Please, call me back at this number, I ran out of balance” The free call is only to activate the service and the actual call duration is less than a second! A beep sound is provided as a quick “send” confirmation.
